The cloche hat is an elegant women’s hat with a closely fitting rounded crown and a narrow brim. It creates a neat, vintage look and was often paired with dresses and retro-style suits.
🔹 Step 1. Creating the Base
1. Select the top of the hat and shape it.
2. Switch to the brim layer and set all properties to 0.
3. Go to the Details tab and add a new detail. Use Point Mode to shape the brim.
🔹 Step 2. Shadows
1. Go to the Shadows tab and choose the appropriate shadow effect.
🔹 Step 3. Fabric and Color
1. Go to the Fabric tab and choose the hat’s fabric and color.
2. Apply the same fabric and color to the brim and inner part of the hat.
🔹 Step 4. Ribbon and Bow
1. Add a ribbon as a new detail.
2. Use light and dark brushes to add volume to the ribbon.
3. Add a bow via Decor → iTimes, assigning it the same color.
🔹 Step 5. Light and Shadow
1. Use a dark brush to add shadows in natural areas: under edges, on the sides, and at the bottom.
2. Use a light brush to add highlights, creating soft and realistic volume.
