✨ How to Create a Silver Effect in Pocket Styler Studio ✨
(Metallic shine in cool tones)
Silver is a metal with a cold, luminous glow. Its surface reflects light brightly, but softer than gold. This effect works perfectly on accessories, jewelry, shoes, and decorative elements of clothing.
🔹 Step 1. Preparing the Base
1. Create a project and choose the element where you want to apply silver (bag, belt, buckle, headpiece).
2. Set a base color: medium gray works best (#B0B0B0 or similar).

🔹 Step 2. Adding Initial Depth
1. Go to the Shadows tab and select a soft option to create light volume.
2. In the Highlights properties, add thin bright areas. They should be narrow and sharp — silver reflects light strongly.
🔹 Step 3. Working with Brushes
1. Take a large soft brush and apply dark gray along the lower and side edges.

2. Use a white color with a thin brush to draw vertical or diagonal lines — these will be bright highlights.

3. For polished silver, make the lines long and sharp; for matte silver, keep them blurred and shorter.
🔹 Step 4. Manual Gradient
1. With a semi-transparent light brush, go over the top part of the object → this creates a glowing highlight.
2. Slightly darken the bottom part with dark gray.
3. If you want, make a diagonal transition from light to dark — this will make the silver look even more realistic.
🔹 Step 5. Final Touches
1. Make sure the contrast is clear: white highlights + gray shadows.
2. For extra realism, add a few thin white dots or short strokes — they will look like reflected light.
3. Adjust the layer outline to steel-gray or dark gray to complete the metallic effect.

✨ Result:
You’ll get a realistic silver effect — cold, shiny, and “alive.” This technique works especially well for accessories, buckles, footwear details, and jewelry, emphasizing their metallic texture.
