🎨 Creating Ankle-Length Leggings in Pocket Styler Studio
I want to show how I create lightweight leggings that reach just to the ankle — no toes, no heel. This is perfect for wearing under dresses or shoes when you want a neat, subtle look.
🧵 Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Open a New Project
Launch Studio.
Tap Create New Project→ Accessories → Tights.
2. Set the Base Shape
Go to the layer for the leggings’ fabric.
Use Dot Mode to adjust the default tights shape to ankle-length.
Carefully shorten the legs so the foot is uncovered.
Adjust side points if needed to make the leggings fit the leg smoothly.
3. Apply Color and Opacity
Open the Fabric tab.
Choose the desired color (e.g., nude or black).
Adjust Opacity to create a semi-transparent effect, like sheer or thin fabric.
4. Add Texture (Optional)
For subtle stripes, grids, or fine textures, open the Texture/Pattern tab.
5. Add Shadows and Highlights
Create a new Brush layer.
Gently paint soft shadows along the inner leg to give the leggings volume.
Add subtle highlights on top to mimic light on thin fabric.
7. Final Check
Rotate and review the project to ensure the length and shape are perfect.
Adjust points or transparency if needed.
Save the project when satisfied.
