🎨 Silver Glitter on Dark Fabric: My Method

I want to show how I create a hand-painted silver glitter effect in Pocket Styler Studio. This technique adds texture, sparkle, and depth to clothing and accessories.

🖤 Background and Preparation

1. Choose a dark background for contrast, e.g., #000000 (black) or #1A1A1A (dark gray).

2. Select the base shape: a dress, bag, or any clothing detail.

🪄 Layer 1 — Base Glitter

1. Create a new Brush layer (+ Add Brush).

2. Select a brush.

3. Brush settings:

Size: 2–4

Opacity: 45–60%

Color: #C0C0C0

4. Place dots evenly across the surface.

5. To make the glitter look natural, vary the density: denser in the center, sparser at the edges.

💡 Layer 2 — Light Highlights

1. Create a new Brush layer.

2. Select a light silver color: #FFFFFF or #F0F0F0.

3. Place soft dots on the top areas of the glitter to simulate light reflection.

4. Optionally, add another layer with slightly larger or smaller dots for variety.

✨ Layer 3 — Darker Dots for Depth

1. Create another Brush layer.

2. Choose a slightly darker silver color: #A0A0A0.

3. Add scattered dots to create volume and contrast, making the glitter look more realistic.

🎯 Final Touches

1. Gently erase harsh edges using a soft eraser with low opacity (20–30%).

2. Check the overall effect: the glitter should look lively and dimensional.

3. Adjust individual dots on each layer as needed for a balanced look.

📌 Use Cases:

Evening dresses

Bags or clutches with decorative elements

Accessories: belts, shoes, hats
