Creating a Seam Using a Shape in Details

1. Go to the Details Tab
On the clothing layer you’re working on, open the Details tab, where you can choose from available shapes.
2. Select a Base Shape
Pick a shape (like a square or rectangle) that will serve as the foundation for your seam.
3. Shape the Seam
Adjust the shape so it follows the direction of the seam on your garment.
4. Set Color and Outline
Choose a color for the shape and a slightly darker outline to make the seam stand out.
5. Adjust the Edge via the Edge Tab
Switch to the Edge tab. Use the edge properties to create a realistic seam effect. Adjust:
- Size
- Opacity
- Edge style
6. Add Shadows and Highlights
For a more dimensional look, use the Shadow tab and brushes to add highlights.
