🌈 Creating Tie-Dye Effect in Studio

Today  show how I make a tie-dye effect on clothing in Pocket Styler Studio. This technique creates a fabric with colorful circles and swirls, like it was hand-dyed.

🧵 My step-by-step process

1️⃣ Open the shape

I take a T-shirt or dress and choose a plain, solid fabric without any texture.

2️⃣ Add the first brush layer

I tap + Add Brush and select a soft round brush (Soft Round).

I pick a bright color, like pink.

Settings:

Size — large

Opacity — 30–40%

I draw several circles on the fabric.

3️⃣ Add a second color

I create a new brush layer. I choose a contrasting color, like blue.

I draw circles over or around the pink ones, slightly overlapping the colors.

4️⃣ Add a third color (optional)

I repeat the same process with yellow or purple to make the pattern richer.

5️⃣ Soften the edges

I use the eraser with a soft edge, Opacity 20–30%, gently removing sharp lines so the color transitions look smooth.

6️⃣ Add fabric texture

I go to the Fabric property and select a light-textured fabric, like cotton or linen. I adjust the color and transparency so the pattern looks “alive.”

7️⃣ Final touches

Sometimes I add soft highlights or shadows, slightly adjust the placement of circles — this makes the tie-dye look more natural and dimensional.

✨ Result

Each pattern is unique! Perfect for T-shirts, boho dresses, bags, and accessories.
