✍️ Line Lettering & 3D Effect in Studio

Let’s draw text using the Line tool and create a stylish 3D shadow from it.

In this example, we’ll write the word CAT.

🪄 Step-by-step instructions:

1. Go to the “Line” tab

Tap the ➕ button to create a new line.

2. Choose a basic line style

Select the default line (no arrows, dots, etc.).

3. Draw the letters manually

Place points to form each letter — “C”, “A”, “T”.

Use as many anchor points as you need to shape the curves and angles accurately.

4. Adjust the color and thickness

Use the Line Color and Stroke Width options to stylize your letters.

5. Duplicate the line for shadow

Tap the ⋮ (three dots) on the line’s layer → select “Clone as brush”.

6. Use the brush to create a shadow

Move the copied line slightly diagonally down and to the right to create a 3D shadow effect.

Change its color to a darker tone.

7. (Optional) Repeat for extra depth

You can copy the brush again and shift it further to create more layers of shadow.

🎨 Tip: For more expression, add glow or blur to the shadow using the Effect or Brush properties.

📌 This technique works best for short words, initials, or decorative titles in your design.
