Have you ever wanted to put a pattern on the garment, but only want part or it? I will show you how to do it on these pants.
I wanted this flower pattern, but only wanted a couple of the flowers concentrated at the top of the pant.
So first I will change the color of the flowers, and transform the size by clicking on the three dots on “pattern” on the right and making it smaller.
Now, I’m going to copy as brush and move the brush to the top.
Now, brush 1 is the pattern and I can delete the actual pattern.
While in brush 1, I am going to select eraser brush and erase the parts of the pattern I do not want to use.
Now, I’m going to select “copy” so I can duplicate this one flower and arrange it how I want it.
After clicking copy, I now have brush two, and I want to select transform so I can move it.
Once in transform, you can move that part of the pattern around freely!
I copied it one more time and arranged it so that the final product looks like this:
