The same technique can be used for tops or bottoms, but for this post I will show a top I designed a few months ago.
1. After selecting the top template of choice, I set all properties to zero.
2. I selected a shape under the “details” tab.
3. I used this first shape to create a “bra” for the top. This will be the bottom later of the top so I made sure to place it at the bottom of “torso details”
4. Select a new shape from “details”. This will be the main top so to speak.
5. Shape the top to your liking and add any color or patterns.
6. Under “fabric”, lower the color and texture to create transparency.
The models underwear will always show. If you want to create underwear inside of the top, use the same technique as the bra.
Keep in mind doing so will require “underwear” BOTTOMS of the same shape to be hidden. This is a separate project you will have to create. If not, the tops underwear will show over any and all pants.
7. Make any changes to your liking. I added a few dots and sparkles to make the cut out “pop” more.
