🎨 Pocket Styler Studio: Professional Guide for Designers

For all creators who want to create pieces that win style and voices

📌 Introduction:

Pocket Styler Studio is not just a game – it’s your virtual studio. Each piece you design represents your aesthetics, creativity and sense of fashion. If you want your designs to be not only beautiful, but also competitive, this guide is for you.

1. Planning before design – moodboard in the head

Before you click “Create”, answer these three questions:

 • Who is the person wearing this piece?

 • On what occasion does he wear it?

 • How do I want my design to feel – powerful, romantic, dramatic?

Tips:

✔️ Use Pinterest to reference cuts, colors and textures

✔️ Think in silhouettes, not in pieces – what does the body look like as a whole?

2. Design rule 3P: Palette – Proportion – Detail

🎨 PALETTE:

Choose one dominant color, one complementary and one neutral/metallic. Multiple colors can look chaotic, unless you’re aiming for an editorial look.

📐 PROPORTION:

Proportion makes the design look balanced:

 • Massive top → simple bottom

 • Long jacket → shorter shorts or skirt

 • Oversized element → pair with a narrow piece

✂️ DETAIL (DETAILS):

Add 1 to 2 striking details:

 • Ruffles, slits, lace, zippers

 • Print or texture, but only in a strategic place (eg only on the collar or sleeve edge)

3. Fabric and texture – the secret weapon of professionals

In Pocket Styler Studio you can simulate different textures through effects and layers.

 • Satin – uses shiny surfaces and smooth lines

 • Tulle and lace – uses a layer with low transparency

 • Leather and denim – use darker colors + sharper shading

Trick: Combine matte and glossy surfaces to get contrast and depth – e.g. satin top + tulle skirt = balance of luxury and lightness.

4. Seasonal style: think like a stylist, not just a designer

Adapt the design to the season in the game – summer challenges call for light materials, while winter calls for layering and warmth.

Example for winter:

✔️ Long coat with fur detail

✔️ Tight pants + knee high boots

✔️ Accessory: hat, scarf or gloves in a contrasting color

5. Modeling & presentation – how does your piece look on the body?

 • Try your design on multiple poses

 • Pay attention to how the light falls on the fabric

 • Check the overall design balance (does it distract or lead the eye?)

Before publication:

✅ Preview from multiple angles

✅ Check margins, symmetry, edges

✅ Place in the category that exactly matches the piece

6. Finishing: Publish as a brand

When you post:

 • Name the design as if it were part of a collection (eg “Midnight Bloom” or “Power Suit ’25”)

 • Write the inspiration in the description: “Design inspired by the urban style of New York, with an emphasis on power and simplicity.”

💡 BONUS: Professional tricks

 • Always save your favorite templates for reuse

 • Find out which topics are current in the challenges and adapt

 • Monitor user feedback – what did they like about previous designs?
