When it comes to color coordination, clothing shapes, shadows, details, etc, I get so much of my inspiration from images I find on google and pinterest.
I loved the beautiful colors in this image, and decided to create a pant with a similar turquoise and gold color palette.
I used a pair of pants I had already created, but changed the colors to this turquoise and gold, and this is what I came up with:
I’ve done this with other images as well. I found this drawing on pinterest and loved the classic simplicity of the design.
So I decided to use it to inspire my next dress design:

It can also be helpful for finding complementary color palettes. If I am looking for coordination colors, I love finding color palettes online.
