Before I created this dress, I wasn’t sure how some designers were able to place items towards the model’s back. I’d always wanted to do a scarf with a bow in the back like this – but when I discovered transparent shapes, I realized how easy this is!
Go to details and add in a transparent shape, but the trick is to ensure you are adding it under “Neckline Back”
Then add in a transparent square from the details on the left hand panel
Now, you can add in a bow or other item/print within that transparent square and it will be behind the model as long as you place it in the “neckline back” (or whatever part of the body you want it behind, like if you want it behind the skirt portion, you’d add the square underneath the “bottom back” layer).
