There is a limit of 6 items/prints/holes in a garment.
If you are wanting more than 6 items, I will show you how.
In this top, I used the “belt loop” item to create the stitching look that I wanted. I also used the tie up items and the bows. There are definitely way more than six of them in this top!
I needed a lot of them, so once I had six items and there were in the right spot, I right-clicked on “items” in the right hand panel under torso:
and select “copy as brush”.
You can now delete the items from the left hand panel:
and they will still appear on the garment because they are now a “brush”.
You can do this an infinite number of times. However, when you get to six brushes on the side, that is the max number allowed as well. So what you will want to do is merge the brush layers:
Right click on the brush, select merge, and you can select which brushes to merge.
A word of caution: do not do this unless you know that the placement is exactly what you want. Once they’re copied to a brush and merged, you cannot delete individual items. You would have to delete every item you have merged
If I turned off brush 10, which is what all my brushes are merged into, then I lose all the items I merged into it:
