🧵 How to Use the “Fabric” Tab in Studio
The right fabric gives your outfit realism and depth. Here’s how to work with the “Fabric” tab in Pocket Styler Studio.
🔹 How to open the Fabric tab
1. Select the clothing area you want to edit.
2. Tap the fabric icon in the top menu.
3. A panel will open with fabrics grouped into categories.
🔸 Fabric categories:
You’ll find labeled groups such as:
Cotton, denim, wool, synthetic, corduroy, suede, leather, faux fur, silk, and more.
Choose a fabric based on the look you’re going for:
Cotton & denim — for casual looks
Silk & fur — for glamour
Wool & suede — for autumn or winter outfits
🎛 Fabric settings: color & transparency
Once you pick a fabric, a pop-up appears with settings:
✔ Fabric color
— Choose from the palette or enter a color code.
✔ Texture opacity
— Controls how strongly the fabric texture is visible.
Slide right to increase texture. Slide left to soften it.
✔ Color opacity
— Adjusts how bold or subtle the color appears.
Lower it for soft pastels, raise it for bold shades.
📌 Note:
Texture and color work together. Strong color + heavy texture can clash. Try combinations and compare!
💡 Tip: Mix different fabrics in one look — it adds realism. For example, a leather top with a silk skirt looks rich and dynamic.
