🌸 How to Create a 3D Floral Print Using Brushes in Pocket Styler Studio

A 3D floral print is perfect for romantic dresses, delicate tops, evening looks, or any design where you want the fabric to feel hand-embellished rather than flat. This effect works beautifully for spring/summer outfits, couture-inspired pieces, and soft feminine styles.

🔹 Step 1. Prepare the Layer for Flowers

Open your project and go to Details → Add Shape.

Create an empty shape that sits above the entire garment — this will be the layer where all flowers will be placed.

🔹 Step 2. Draw the Base Flowers

1. Select the six-petal flower brush.

2. Set the size you need.

3. Paint the flowers in all desired areas across your garment.

🔹 Step 3. Add Highlights to the Petals

Take a white brush and lightly go over each petal.

This brings softness and helps the flowers look more dimensional instead of flat.

🔹 Step 4. Create the Flower Centers

1. Switch to a round brush, and set all its properties to maximum (hardness, opacity).

2. Add a dot in the middle of every flower — this will be the center.

3. Using a light brush in a shade similar to the center color, add soft glow on top of each center.

This creates the effect of raised, glossy, 3D domes.

🔹 Step 5. Add Depth Inside the Flowers

To make the flowers look more finished:

1. Take a dark thin brush (size 1).

2. Add tiny strokes around the inside of the petals, right under the bright center.

These subtle lines create the illusion of natural depth, as if the petals curve inward toward the center.

🔹 Step 6. Add Shadows Under Each Flower

Return to the main clothing layer, the one underneath the shape with the flowers.

Using a dark soft brush, paint subtle shadows directly under each flower.

This final step makes the flowers appear physically attached to the garment — not printed, but applied like 3D embellishments.

✨ Result:

You’ll get a soft, dimensional floral print that looks handcrafted and raised above the fabric — perfect for dresses, blouses, and elegant couture-inspired designs.
