🔹 Step 1. Creating the hat base
1. Open your hat project.
2. Choose the appropriate top and brim for the hat.
3. Switch to Point Mode and shape the hat top with a slight curl and wide brim.
4. Set the base color — black.
🔹 Step 2. Creating the ribbon
1. Go to the Details tab and add a new shape for the ribbon.
2. Set the ribbon color — orange (classic Halloween combination: black + orange).
🔹 Step 3. Shadow settings
1. Go to the Shadows tab and set all values to 0.
2. Shadows will be drawn manually with brushes for better control.
🔹 Step 4. Working on the brim
1. Select the brim layer.
2. Add an orange Edge through the Edge tab. Choose a standard straight line.
3. Add an edge on the inner part of the brim as well.
🔹 Step 5. Light and shadow
1. Use a dark brush to add shadows in the folds.
2. Use a light brush to add highlights on raised areas.
3. For a more expressive effect, go to Point Mode for the crown, create curves, and shape the top of the hat.
4. Go over the brim with light and dark brushes to add volume.
🔹 Step 6. Decoration
1. Add a festive element through the Decor tab, for example, a pumpkin.
2. Create a shadow under the decorative element for realism.
