✨ How to Create a Feather on a Hat Using Brushes ✨✨
I’ll show you how to make a beautiful decorative feather on a hat in Pocket Styler Studio. 🧵
🔹 Step 1. Open the Hat
Launch Studio and open your hat project. Go to the layer where you want to create the feather.
🔹 Step 2. Create a Blank Shape
1. Go to the Details tab.
2. Select a blank shape — it has no color, fill, or texture.
3. We will draw the feather on this blank shape manually, using the freehand method .
🔹 Step 3. Set the Feather Background
1. Create a dark-colored brush and fill in the area where the feather will be. This will serve as the feather’s background.
🔹 Step 4. Draw the Feather
1. Create a new brush layer, select a thin brush, and draw the feather’s lines along its contour.
2. Create another brush layer with white color and add highlights on top of the dark lines.
3. If needed, create one more black brush layer and add details on the white areas — this adds realism and depth.
✨ Tip:
Vary the brush thickness and opacity to make the feather look more natural. Play with the placement of dark and light strokes to give volume and movement.
