✨ How to Create a Classic Cotton Bucket Hat ✨
I’ll show you how to make a simple cotton bucket hat in Pocket Styler Studio. 🧵
🔹 Step 1. Open your project
Go to the main menu of your project, open the Hats section, and choose the bucket hat style you want to create.
🔹 Step 2. Adjust the shape
Switch to the Point Edit mode and use points to reshape the hat exactly how you want it to look.
🔹 Step 3. Set fabric and color
On the Fabric tab, select cotton and choose your color (for example, pink).
🔹 Step 4. Add shadows and highlights
Create a brush layer with a darker color to paint shadows slightly darker than the base fabric.
Create another brush layer with a lighter color to add highlights and volume.
🔹 Step 5. Add lines and trim
Use the Line tab to add lines separating the top and bottom of the hat for structure.
Optionally, add an edge or trim along the bottom of the hat for extra detail.
🔹 Step 6. Work on the inside layer
Go to the inner hat layer, copy the fabric and color from the outer layer, and apply shadows to create depth and volume.
