When I was satisfied with the hairstyle I made it was time to draw hair strands
I started with shadows
On the left side u can see which brush preset I used, only thing you need to change while drawing hair strands is brush size
When I’m done with shading nex step is more shading with regular brushes

After I was satisfied with brush work I moved to glare
When I finished the hair I decided to draw an earring to complete the look
so I created a square
I used that square for my earring.
