After receiving a request to make a simple ruffle tutorial, I realized that it’s not that simple.😅 All I can suggest is to find a very simple drawing on Pinterest and copy it. I hope that one day a talented designer who has learned to draw will make us a simpler, better ruffle tutorial🤞
