So you made your first item, this is how you actually publish it so others can purchase it. You need to send your item to the Pocket Styler app. Sorry for how the pictures are formatted in this, getting it half way decent is a nightmare.
You do this by pressing the previeuw button and then selecting “Send to Pocket Styler”. 
There is a menu you will have to go through. Once you have completed this your item will be send to your game. This does not mean your item is in the store yet.

Find the item you want to send to the shop. Here you select the colour, the print, the style, fabric, and you can add or make a collection to add it to.
This is also where you can set the price.
All items have a minumum that is setby Pocket Styler. For a dress, that is 1050 gems. It is up to you if you want to make the dress more expensive but in terms of sales, that probably will not help you.
After you have done this, hit the “publish” button. Your item will be in the shop in a (usually) short while. Sometimes the item is in the store immediately, sometimes it takes a little while, or it requires you to close the app and restart before you can see you items.
Every so often when you start your game you will get a pop upwith how many items you have sold, and how many gems you get.
Once you have sold 5 items, you will get your own item for free.
